Appraisal Management System

For the benefit of clarity the following definitions apply.

Retail Appraisers. Retailers that carry out their own valuations.

Appraisal Retailer. A retailer that sells valuations but uses a trade appraiser to carry out the work.

Trade Appraiser. An Appraiser that carries out work for retailers.

For Retail Appraisers

Appraisal Management System allows you to automatically file your finished appraisals outside your appraisal creation software. This provides a rapid search and preview system and also provides a back-up of your reports. Fax and email your reports with ease from within AMS.

For Trade Appraisers

In addition to the above, AMS provides a system of managing and tracking distributed work and allows your trade customers to enjoy some of the same benefits.  This version has additional features such as an advanced search function.

No need to print retailers copies of your valuations, simply supply them an “update” disc with every return of work.

If you receive regular work from a customer, they will appreciate being able to use a similar system. We supply you with a special retailer version of AMS. This will allow your customers to search and preview the work that you have carried out for them. A simple one-click operation allows them to update their records each time you supply an update disc with the returned work.
