Button style UK customers: Amount shown in basket includes UK delivery & vat.
Button style European Union customers: Amount shown in basket includes EU delivery. No vat is charged but you will be asked for your VAT number.
Button style US customers: Amount shown in basket includes US delivery. No vat is charged. 

The price is shown on the pages exclusive of shipping costs & vat. The "add to basket" button will add the shipping & vat and be shown in your basket. The price that you see in the basket will not alter when you get to the checkout. The basket price is the price that you will be charged.

We use PayPal to handle our online card sales. You do not have to join PayPal to use their service.

This operates just like a normal card transaction except that you have the option to register with PayPal if you wish. There are no extra charges using this system and it is extremely secure. 

If you decide to register with PayPal (which is instant), all future transactions with anyone that uses Paypal will be faster and easier than a normal transaction.

Other payment options

If you would prefer not to pay by credit card, we are happy to send you a proforma invoice for your purchases. Payment can then be made using cheque (GBP), telegraphic transfer or UK postal order. Simply contact us with your requirements, an invoice will be faxed or posted the same day.

 

Buyers from outside the UK

If your locality is not shown as an option, please email your requirements to us so we can fulfil your order.

Refund policy

We offer a full, "no quibble", 14 day refund on all products if you are not delighted with them.  (This offer does not include 3rd party software or 3rd party services).
